In the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, Asian Agri through its business unit PT. Inti Indosawit Subur distributes free food to the public in the company’s operational areas.
According to Gatot Sibuea, Group Manager of PT. Inti Indosawit Subur Buatan Plantation, the distribution of staple food packages is one of forms of Corporate Social Responsibility to help needy people, especially welcoming Lebaran Day in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We all know that the outbreak of the Corona Virus, besides endangering the health, also affected the economy of the community, because in the midst of this pandemic, our activities are limited. Therefore, the company is trying to help the needy people by providing staple food assistance. Hopefully this assistance can help the needy people to fulfill their everyday needs.. This is also a form of concern for the company to local residents who will soon celebrate Eid”, said Gatot.
