PT Hari Sawit Jaya (PT HSJ), which operates in Negeri Lama, holds a free medical checkup for local communities around the company by observing strict health protocol. PT HSJ Group Manager Andy Prasetyo said in Medan on Monday (25/10) that the medical checkup took place in Sei Tampang Village, Bilah Hilir Sub-District, Labuhanbatu, Thursday (14/10).
The social activity was open not only to villagers from Sei Tampang Village, but also villagers from other villages such as Negeri Baru and Sei Tarolat Villages. A total of 4 medical personnel were present, including 2 from PT HSJ and from Negeri Lama Community Healthcare Center.
The medical checkup included cholesterol, blood pressure, uric acid, blood sugar level measurement; consultation with a doctor; as well as prescriptions for minor ailments. “Hopefully communities in Sei Tampang Village received the benefits of the free medical checkup program. Last year we have also held a free medical checkup for the people of Sei Tampang Village and Sidomulyo Village,” Andy said.
