[Info Sawit] Asian Agri Launches One To One Program

Info Sawit reported on Asian Agri’s effort to improve the welfare of independent smallholders through the One to One program.

The program aims to increase the company’s smallholder partnership by matching each hectare of owned land with one hectare of smallholder land, reaching a total of 100,000 hectares of smallholder land by 2018.

Freddy Widjaja, Director of Asian Agri, said the One to One program aims to help independent smallholders to increase the productivity of their oil palm plantations, increasing their income in the process.
