Asian Agri’s graduate trainee program is open for applications
Graduate Trainee Program
Are you looking to start your career in the fast-growing oil palm industry? Our Plantation Center of Excellence Graduate Trainee program is now open for applications.
It’s a six-month program for fresh graduates, consisting of three months in the classroom and three months of on the job training in the mill, estate and office.
You’ll be taught all aspects of the oil palm industry by a team of experts, from planting and caring for oil palms to harvesting and processing. You’ll also learn the importance of sustainability, and how you can help minimise the impact of the palm oil industry on the environment while helping local communities improve their livelihoods.
There are a variety of career paths on offer, depending on your major. Estate Assistant Training is designed for those graduating from agriculture and forestry faculties; Mill Assistant Training for those majoring in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and electrical engineering; and Administration Assistant Training is suited for economics graduates. Mechanical engineering graduates have the opportunity to become traction assistants through Traction Assistant Training.
