Warta Kota, Jakarta – In the palm oil industry, selecting superior seeds is crucial for success. Asian Agri, a pioneering force in Indonesia’s palm oil sector since 1979, has addressed this challenge by developing a superior seed known as Topaz.
As the largest producer of crude palm oil in Indonesia, Asian Agri has introduced the DxP Topaz seed, the result of extensive research. This seed not only boasts high productivity but also resilience against Ganoderma, a fungus responsible for basal stem rot. With over 30,000 plasma farmers managing 60,000 hectares of plantations, Asian Agri demonstrates its commitment through the Oil Palm Research Station (OPRS) Topaz, which has been operational since 1992.
