As the Deputy Managing Director of Asian Agri, Bukit Sanjaya monitors the performance of all plantations and factories under the company’s management. Through thorough review and monitoring, he also maintains excellent performance in terms of production, quality, and cost efficiency.

Bukit has more than three decades of experience in the plantation industry. He joined Asian Agri in 1990 as Assistant Field Manager and fast tracked his career to General Manager in 10 years. He was appointed as the Regional Head for Riau and Jambi in 2009, Head of Plantation in 2014, and Head of Operation in 2017. In 2018, he was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director.

He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from STIE Dharma Putra in 2015.
