Asian Agri received an Environmental Award from Jambi Provincial Government, for its Biogas Power Plant (PLTBg).
This award coincided with the celebration of World Environment Day. Through the PLTBg, Asian Agri has succeeded in converting palm oil waste into renewable energy that can be utilized by local communities.
The award was given by Jambi Governor Zumi Zola to Hartanto, SSL Coordinator of Asian Agri.
