How do you set the targets for 2030?

In 2019, the company engaged PwC Singapore to conduct preliminary identification of the strengths of the company's business in line with the 17 SDGs launched by the UN in 2015. Based on the result of such identification, the company established a group leadership structure (governance) and a special working group of the relevant experts. The working group was tasked to propose the 2030 targets for the company.

How do you make sure that you are on the path to achieve the 2030 targets?

The company has set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each target for every year. In this case, the company will work with an auditor every year to verify whether the KPIs have been achieved. The result of the audit will be regularly published on the Asian Agri 2030 microsite.
